Tracy Schmid, LAc, MSOM
Tracy is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York. She graduated from Tri-State College of Acupuncture. Her primary working style is Kiiko Matsumoto’s Japanese style of acupuncture. In addition, she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Physical Medicine, which includes myofascial and trigger point release techniques. Tracy utilizes all three of these styles in her practice. Tracy also has a passion for Auricular therapy. It intrigues her how everything in our bodies is reflected in our ears. She has also studied Reiki and utilizes that in her daily practice.

Tracy completed an Acupuncture Fellowship at The Department of Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel. During the fellowship she had the privilege of working in the Department of Surgery and the Department of Oncology. Tracy also did additional training in Beijing, China where she attended acupuncture rounds at several hospitals and lectures on topics such as specialized needling techniques, gastrointestinal and ear and eye disorders.
